• Team & Player Data: Team names, player names, jersey numbers, position preferences, and attendance records that you enter into the app.
• Contact Information: Emergency contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses for players that you provide.
• Messages: Direct messages and discussion posts you send through the app.
• Device Information: Push notification tokens to deliver notifications to your device.
• Usage Data: Login timestamps and basic app interaction data for service reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Service:

• Create and manage your account.
• Generate fair lineup rotations for your teams.
• Enable communication between coaches and parents.
• Send email and push notifications about lineup publications, event reminders, and messages.
• Display fairness reports and playing time statistics.
• Provide customer support.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following cases:

• Within your team: Team members (coaches, assistant coaches, and parents) can see roster information, schedules, lineups, and messages relevant to their team.
• Service providers: We use Microsoft Azure to host our infrastructure and deliver email notifications. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by contractual data protection obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Microsoft Azure in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
• Hashed and salted passwords (bcrypt).
• Token-based authentication with short-lived access tokens.
• Role-based access controls.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format upon request.

Our Service is designed for use by coaches and parents of youth athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. 8. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses the following third-party services:

• Microsoft Azure: Cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and file storage.
• Expo: Push notification delivery.

We do not use any advertising networks, analytics trackers, or social media SDKs.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
